Refund policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you can contact us for a return or exchange within 14 days of shipment date, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition and has not been worked on by an outside jeweler.  A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. You may request an RMA by contacting us.  Please ship your return fully insured.
