Following terms and conditions apply to using the New World Jewelry website:

Comparison purchasing

We do not allow "comparison purchasing", which is when you purchase multiple items for comparison, with intent to keeping the one you like best and returning the other items, as this is costly in restocking fees and overhead inventory.

Liability

In no event shall New World Jewelry’s liability be greater than you paid for the product and service that is the basis of the claim.

We reserve the right to cancel any products or services to any customer at any time. 

New World Jewelry and any affiliated companies provide all information without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Information we communicate is not a binding contract

In no event shall New World Jewelry be liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of profits
